Who this is for

We need software built for how we actually work, and every vendor keeps pitching us their platform.

We write custom software. .NET and Azure on the back end, React on the web, native apps on iOS and Android, integrated with the systems you already run.

We know AI belongs in our product and in how we build, and we do not know where to start.

We build with AI tooling every day: Claude, OpenAI Codex and xAI Grok. We put AI into existing platforms, use it to speed up your development lifecycle, and train your team to work the same way.

Our product needs calling, video or chat, and nobody here has built real-time communications.

We build real-time communications into software: voice, video, chat and SMS on Azure Communication Services and Microsoft Teams, on top of distributed systems that stay up under load.

Our website looks like everyone else’s, and our web app was built by whoever was free that month.

We design and build websites and web applications that a technical audience takes seriously. You are reading one.

What we do

Four things we are known for, and the engineering underneath them.

Custom software development

Software written for how your business works, not configured out of someone else’s product. A clickable prototype usually exists within two days.

.NET and Azure back ends, React front ends, native iOS and Android apps, and the integrations that connect them to what you already run.

Websites and web applications

A marketing site or customer-facing application that people remember, built to perform.

React and TypeScript, designed motion, accessibility and search built in from the first commit. Mobile apps for iOS and Android where the product needs them.

AI tooling and adoption

AI in your product, in your development lifecycle, and in how your organization works, from people who build with it every day.

Solutions built on Claude (Claude Code, Claude Design), OpenAI Codex and xAI Grok. Integration into existing platforms, AI-accelerated delivery, advisory and training.

Real-time communications

Voice, video, chat and SMS inside your product or your Teams environment, built by people who worked on the platform.

Azure Communication Services, Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone, PSTN, contact center integration, compliance recording.

Delivery

Distributed systems with Akka.NET

Workloads that have to stay responsive under load: routing, presence, messaging, telemetry.

Actor-based .NET systems with Akka.NET: clustering, persistence, streams and event-driven design.

Software architecture

The design and the plan before anyone writes code, or a second opinion on what has already been built.

System design, integration strategy, technical due diligence, and reviews of existing systems.

Why Unifinity

  1. A prototype you can click, usually within two days. Not a deck.

We build with AI tooling such as Claude Code and Claude Design as part of how we work. A proof of concept usually exists within two days of the first conversation, changes land as fast as we can talk them through, and agreed features often ship the same day when the team is free to take them.

  2. Thirty years in IT. Most of it writing software that has to work in real time.

Voice, video and messaging systems have been the work for most of that time, on the platforms of each era. The tools change. What it takes to ship reliable software does not.

  3. We worked on the platform, not only on top of it.

Before Unifinity, we worked at Microsoft on the Azure Communication Services platform itself. We know how it behaves, where its edges are, and what the documentation leaves out.

  4. A principal leads every engagement. The team is sized to the work.

The person who scopes your project does the work. For larger builds we bring in partner specialists we have worked with before, so you get one accountable lead and enough hands.

How engagements work

Led by a principal. Staffed to the size of the work. Four steps, and the first one is a prototype you can click.
  1. Step 01

    Prototype

We start by building, not by writing a proposal. Within a day or two you have a clickable proof of concept to react to, and we change it with you until it is what you meant.

  2. Step 02

    Architecture and plan

System design, the integration plan, the sequence of work and the risks, written down before production code. You know what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.

  3. Step 03

    Build

Delivery led by the same principal, with partner specialists added to match the size of the work. Working software from the first week. Agreed features often ship the same day, when the team is free to take them. No open-ended contract.

  4. Step 04

    Handover

Documentation, a walkthrough with your team, and a system your people can run without us. If you want us to stay on, that is a separate conversation.

Tell us what you need built.

We will tell you plainly whether it is work we should be doing. If it is, the first thing you see from us is usually a prototype, not a proposal.
